The north wind the sun 북풍과 태양 이솝우화

   The North Wind and the Sun each claimed he was the stronger. At last they ag:eed to try their powers
upon a traveler, to see which could soonest strip him of his cloak.
   The North Wind tried first: gathering up all his force, he came whirling furiously down upon the man, and caught up his cloak as though he would take it from him by one single effort. But the harder he blew, the more closely the man wrapped it round himself.
   Then the Sun beamed gently on the traveler, who unclasped his cloak and left it hanging loosely about his shoulders: then the Sun shone in full strength, and the man was glad to throw off his cloak and go on his journey more lightly clad.

Persuasion is better than force.
